We grew up together in a small, rural town in Eastern North Carolina. I became a  psychotherapist specializing in trauma recovery and substance abuse. As I completed my Master's Degree, Allen and I reconnected and quickly knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. We were married later that same year. The following year, we welcomed our amazing firecracker little girl, Lake. We found some land and built a farm full of furbabies, wildlife, and adventure.  In the process of life happening, Allen's medical needs led us to plant medicine.  We soon realized that the benefits of nature's medicine needed to be shared with others, so The Holistic Company was born.
